Short  Term Disability

Short-Term Disability
Short term disability replaces a portion of your income if you become disabled and are unable to work for a period longer than 7 days. Baxter offers employer paid short term disability of 60% of your income up to $500 per week. You can also choose to buy-up for additional coverage, up to 60% of your salary,  with a maximum of $1,500 per week. Employees working at least 30 hours per week can elect this benefit through Guardian.
