Vacation and Sick Leave

Baxter Auto provides a flexible vacation policy for exempt employees, and non-exempt employees accrue vacation time on each pay date according to the tenure and average hours worked per week. Sick leave is also offered based on your average hours worked per week. This benefit is available to all full-time employees. Please see the links below for the full policies on these benefits.

Note: Employees in Colorado are subject to a separate sick leave policy.
